You can get this now (new in Forever) from Onu after completing the old vanilla 20-Amu-Spawn-Elte-Kill-Quest.
Any clou what to do with the new Item? Cleaning where and how?

Thanks, yours is the first report we've had of where this comes from. It's a new Forever item, and we can't see yet what it does: the game files link it to a use effect but hide the details, and nothing we can read mentions cleansing it. Could you tell us two things: which quest gave it to you, and does the tooltip have a "Use:" line? If you run the addon with the Uploader, we'll pick up the rest automatically.
