Alright. Take this kobold tracking kit. It'll let ye' track the kobold that Marshal McBride is concerned with.

Follow the tracks and bring what ye' find to Marshal Dughan in Goldshire.

I have a feelin' these varmints are up to somethin' outside Northshire. So ye'll be needin' Dughan's help.
