Orb of Deception is a Rare Miscellaneous (item level 59, requires level 54) in the WoW Forever beta client. Where it comes from: World drop from level 58–63 creatures (Classic data); Drops from Onyxia (boss) in Onyxia's Lair, 1.3% (Classic data).
