Blizzard's Forever Journey EP.2 in Denmark: the zones, new dungeons and classes it names

· ForeverDB
Blizzard's second Forever Journey film sends Guzu, Zibartas and GingiTV into the Danish dunes, cutting between a real road trip and WoW: Forever. Every place it names is in the beta client, including the two new dungeons they praise, the Ruins of Lordaeron and the Hall of Thanes. The two Wrath-era memories and one misheard riddle answer are the only things outside the beta.
This is an official Blizzard video, posted to the World of Warcraft YouTube channel on 31 October 2026. Every name it drops is checked against the WoW: Forever beta client (build 1.60.1.70755); the levels and numbers come from the client, and server-side values such as Rage, mana and mana regeneration can't be read from it yet.
Episode 2 of Forever Journey follows the streamers Guzu, Zibartas and GingiTV on a road trip through Denmark, ending with them playing WoW: Forever out in the dunes at Råbjerg Mile. Like the Norway episode it is a mood piece with a real-world quest framing, not a systems reveal, but it names real zones, two of Forever's new dungeons, a riddle round full of places, and the classes the three of them play. We checked each one against the beta client. Nothing contradicts it, and the only gaps are two Wrath-era memories and a riddle answer that isn't in our data.

The short version
- An official Blizzard travel film with Guzu, Zibartas and GingiTV. It announces no new systems.
- Every place it names is in the client: the zones Tanaris, Westfall and Orgrimmar, the named areas Uldum, Moonbrook and the Deeprun Tram, and the dungeons Deadmines, the Ruins of Lordaeron and the Hall of Thanes.
- The two new dungeons they praise, the Ruins of Lordaeron and the Hall of Thanes, are both in the client with full boss lists.
- Guzu plays a Warrior, Zibartas a Paladin (Human Paladin at launch) and GingiTV a healer Priest; Zibartas says Shaman is his favourite on the beta. Battle Shout Battle Shout and the Priest's Heal Heal come up and match the client.
- Icecrown Citadel, the Lich King and Scarlet Halls are Wrath-era and retail content, outside the Classic-era beta. The riddle answer 'Mount Hyjal' isn't in our zone data.
- The film skips class changes, so lower down we list what else changed for the four classes it touches: Warrior, Paladin, Priest and Shaman.

The zones and areas it names
They set up and play out in the desert, which they keep calling Tanaris.
Gonna play some wow in the middle of Tanaris man. Blizzard, Guzu, Zibartas & GingiTV's Quest Through Denmark | WoW: Forever Journey EP.2 (5:54)
Tanaris is a zone in the client. From there they talk about heading to the Uldum gates; Uldum is a named area in the client (id 989), and in the Classic-era world the Gates of Uldum sit in southern Tanaris. The day's levelling run is in Westfall, and the riddle round later names Orgrimmar (also the Horde faction Orgrimmar), Moonbrook and the Deeprun Tram, all named areas in the client.
The two new dungeons
The class and content talk mostly lands on Forever's new dungeons. Zibartas rates both of the ones he's run.
I actually like the new dungeon design, especially Ruins of Lordaeron. Blizzard, Guzu, Zibartas & GingiTV's Quest Through Denmark | WoW: Forever Journey EP.2 (14:27)
Both are 5-player dungeons in the client. The Ruins of Lordaeron has seven bosses in our data: Witherfang, The Abandoned, The Butcher, the Lordaeron Captain, Viktor the Vile, Bjork and Rath'mael. The Hall of Thanes has four: Faldrim Anvilmar, Infurnus, Plunder and Durgen Dirgehammer. The client doesn't carry level ranges for either yet, so we can't say what level you run them at.
The riddle round
Over snacks they run a quiz of place riddles, and all the answers are in the client. "Beneath Moonbrook" points at the Deadmines, a 5-player dungeon (id 36) with eight bosses ending in Edwin VanCleef; Moonbrook is a named area (id 20) in Westfall. Another riddle is Gamon, the Orgrimmar NPC players kill for a laugh, and one is the Deeprun Tram (a named area, id 2257). The captions turn the Mount Hyjal answer into "Mount Hyman"; Mount Hyjal isn't in our zone data.
Retail memories outside the beta
A few things they reminisce about aren't in the Classic-era beta. GingiTV's sub-three-minute Scarlet Halls run is a retail-era dungeon. Zibartas names the Icecrown zone and the Lich King raid as his favourites, which are Wrath of the Lich King content. The two giant hammers he brings, a Sulfuras and a Doomhammer, are hand-built cosplay props; neither weapon is in our item data yet. The one in-game item name that does land, the "really big candy bar" joke, is a real client item (Candy Bar).
The classes they play
For the final push they make a group: Guzu on a Warrior, Zibartas on a Paladin and GingiTV healing on a Priest. Zibartas has tried most of the beta and names a different class as his pick.
I played almost every class so far on on the beta. And shaman for me, is my favourite currently. Blizzard, Guzu, Zibartas & GingiTV's Quest Through Denmark | WoW: Forever Journey EP.2 (7:27)
For launch, though, he goes for looks over the meta. Asked what he'll play, he answers:
Human Paladin. Blizzard, Guzu, Zibartas & GingiTV's Quest Through Denmark | WoW: Forever Journey EP.2 (7:44)
The only class abilities the fight names are the Warrior's Battle Shout and the Priest's healing. In the Hogger pulls Guzu calls out his shout:
I'll pop like a battle shout Blizzard, Guzu, Zibartas & GingiTV's Quest Through Denmark | WoW: Forever Journey EP.2 (20:47)
- Battle Shout Battle Shout is a Warrior ability from the trainer at level 1. It raises the melee attack power of party or raid members within 20 yards for 3 min. In Forever it lasts 3 min instead of 2, but each rank is weaker: Rank 1 gives 9 attack power and Rank 7 (level 60) gives 139 instead of Classic's 232. The client lists the 10 Rage cost; whether Rage generation changed can't be read from it.
- Heal Heal is the Priest's dedicated heal from the trainer at level 16 (GingiTV is at too low a level for it during the Hogger fight). Rank 1 heals 250 to 290 over a 3 sec cast. In Forever the top rank heals less (Rank 4 is 611 to 691 instead of 712 to 804) but low ranks scale better with healing power (Rank 1's coefficient is 0.857 instead of 0.729). When GingiTV goes "OOM", that's mana, which the server tracks and the client can't show.

What we have, and what we don't
The client has everything the film points at that belongs to the Classic-era world: the zones (Tanaris, Westfall, Orgrimmar), the named areas (Uldum, Moonbrook, the Deeprun Tram), the three dungeons with their boss lists (Deadmines, the Ruins of Lordaeron and the Hall of Thanes) and the Candy Bar joke item. What it lacks: no NPC records for Gamon or Hogger yet, no item records for the Sulfuras and Doomhammer props, and no Mount Hyjal in our zone data. Scarlet Halls, the Icecrown zone and the Lich King raid sit outside the beta entirely as retail and Wrath content. The two new dungeons have boss lists but no level ranges in the client, and with the beta capped at level 60, there's no higher-level content to test against them yet.
What the video didn't mention
The film keeps to road-trip chat, so here is what else changed for the four classes it touches. Talent tiers open every 5 levels from 10 (tier 1 at 10, up to tier 7 at 40), so a level 60 beta character can reach every tier. Classic Era numbers are the comparison only.
