Kargoz's launch goldmaking professions: what the Forever client can confirm

· ForeverDB
Kargoz ranks the professions for a WoW Forever launch economy, putting enchanting first, then blacksmithing and alchemy, with herbalism the top gatherer. Most of the video is economic strategy and predictions we can't test. The items and systems they name, from The Shatterer to the Legacy Points track, all show up in the Forever beta client.
This is a community video by Kargoz, not a Blizzard post, so everything in it is their claim or finding. We checked the items and systems they name against the WoW Forever beta client (build 1.60.1.70450). The goldmaking advice itself is strategy and prediction, which the client can't settle.
Kargoz posted a launch goldmaking guide for WoW Forever. They split the professions into gathering trades ("blue collar") and crafting trades ("white collar"), rank them for making gold, and sketch five stages of a fresh-server economy. Most of it is strategy and guesswork about prices, which we can't check, but the items and systems they name do line up with the client.

The short version
- Kargoz says the top gold earner is enchanting, then blacksmithing ("insane" with rare patterns) and alchemy; among gatherers, herbalism first, then fishing, then mining. They say engineering "might be bait".
- Their plan: build a gathering cash base first, save around a thousand gold, skip the epic mount early, and (they admit people hate this) run a second account as an auction-house alt.
- The client has the items and consumables they name (The Shatterer, Nightfall, Lionheart Helm, Devilsaur and Bloodvine gear, the Elemental Sharpening Stone and Enchanted Leather), plus a "Legacy Points" reward track and a "Turn in" quest action that match the systems Kargoz talks about.

What Kargoz recommends
Kargoz's first piece of advice is a cash base from gathering before any crafting investment. They rate herbalism as the best gathering trade, with fishing (for things like stonescale eels) second and mining third, and first aid, cooking and fishing are the secondary trades you keep anyway. The idea is that gathering is "always going to be profitable", while crafting can lose money on a bad buy. For crafting they put enchanting at the top, call blacksmithing "insane" with the rare patterns, and treat alchemy as a steady "day trader" earner, with leatherworking and tailoring lower and engineering a question mark.
Their economy runs in stages. From levels 1 to 30 everyone is broke; from 30 to 45 players push professions past 225 toward 300; after that come consolidation, raid prep and finally the full level 60 raider economy.
Blacksmithing and who buys it
Kargoz expects a lot of Protection warriors and paladins at launch, which is part of why they rate blacksmithing (weapon chains, shield spikes, sharpening stones, enchanting rods). Our Warrior pages cover the class in Forever, and the Warrior changes page lists every change in the client, starting with Charge (Charge), which the trainer teaches at level 4. The client's profession data lists The Shatterer as a Blacksmithing recipe, so it is still blacksmith-crafted in Forever.
What the client can't settle
None of this settles prices, undercutting, how a single sharded mega-server economy behaves, or whether Blizzard's RMT crackdown holds: those are the creator's predictions and player reports, not client facts. The beta's level cap is 30, so no one can test the level 60 raider economy, the high-level recipes or the endgame materials in game yet.
