November 5 hotfixes: Zephras Druid trainer works, trade vendors fixed, spawns sorted

Blizzard's November 5 hotfixes make Lotheluum Starbreeze train Druids on Zephras as intended, get the Zephras Isle trade supply vendors stocking apprentice tradeskill bags again, and fix a run of spawn problems in Durotar, Dustwallow Marsh, Swamp of Sorrows and Silverpine.
Kaivax posted the WoW: Forever hotfixes for November 5 on the forums. These are server-side fixes, so they apply without a client patch. The headline ones are on Zephras, where Druids can train again and the trade vendors stock bags again, plus a handful of spawn fixes across the world.
Hotfixes are applied on Blizzard's servers, so most of these can't be checked in the game files. Everything below is from Blizzard's post.
Druids can train on Zephras again
If you went to Lotheluum Starbreeze on Zephras to learn new Druid spells and couldn't, that's fixed. Blizzard writes:
Lotheluum Starbreeze now offers training to Druids as expected. Kaivax, Community Manager
This matters for Druids based around Zephras and the Shen'dar Highlands, who had no trainer working there before the fix.
Zephras Isle trade vendors sell bags again
The trade supply vendors on Zephras Isle weren't selling the small starter bags you'd expect from them. Blizzard's note:
Fixed an issue where trade supply vendors on Zephras Isle didn’t sell apprentice tradeskill bags. Kaivax, Community Manager
Spawn fixes
- Durotar: Yarrog Baneshadow was respawning more slowly than intended. That's fixed.
- Dustwallow Marsh: some murlocs were respawning too quickly. That's fixed.
- Swamp of Sorrows: Pelluk would sometimes not spawn at all. That's fixed.
- Silverpine Forest: Deathstalker Erland now respawns much more quickly for the escort quest "Escorting Erland", so you shouldn't be stuck waiting for him.
Battlegrounds: Plainsrunning
Tauren could stack the Plainsrunning speed effect during a battleground's preparation phase. Blizzard writes:
Fixed an issue where Plainsrunning could be stacked in a battleground’s preparation phase. Plainsrunning can no longer stack and stacks will be cancelled when carrying a flag in a battleground. Kaivax, Community Manager
Also in this hotfix
- Mild Spices now sells to vendors for 1 copper each, down from 2.
- Incorrect text in the quest "The Sisterhood of Elune" is fixed.
