Hotfix: Protection Warrior threat goes up in the files

A hotfix to build 1.60.1.70790 on 6 November raises the threat numbers on Defensive Stance and the Defiance talent in the client's files, and adds one new item.
Blizzard changed some data rows on 6 November without a new client, so you're still on build 1.60.1.70790. The files now show higher threat numbers for Protection Warriors: Defensive Stance and the Defiance talent both read more threat than before. There's no Blizzard post about this yet, so the changes below come from comparing the client's files, not from any notes.
From the game files. This is what a hotfix Blizzard pushed to build 1.60.1.70790 changed in the client's data, compared by ForeverDB before and after it. It shows the files, not how things play.
The short version
- Defensive Stance Defensive Stance now lists 80% extra threat instead of 30%.
- The Defiance Defiance talent lists more threat on all three ranks.
- One new item turned up in the files, the Excavated Dagger Excavated Dagger.
- Defensive Stance Defensive Stance (Protection, level 10): the tooltip and the buff text now read "Increases all threat generated by 80%" instead of 30%.
- Defiance Defiance (Protection talent, tier 3, level 20, 3 ranks): the tooltips now read an additional 7% instead of 5% at rank 1, 13% instead of 10% at rank 2, and 20% instead of 15% at rank 3.
- Excavated Dagger Excavated Dagger: a new Rare Thrown weapon, item level 33, requires level 28.
