Beta build 1.60.1.70245 (October 8) adds 133 items to the client, gives three abilities a teacher in the files (Frenzied Regeneration, Tame Beast and Righteous Fury) and fills in the details for two armour sets.

Blizzard put beta build 1.60.1.70245 on the WoW Forever client on October 8, the build after 1.60.1.70205. The files add 133 items, change one item, fill in the details of two armour sets, and give three abilities a teacher: Frenzied Regeneration Frenzied Regeneration for Druids, Tame Beast Tame Beast for Hunters and Righteous Fury Righteous Fury for Paladins.

From the game files. This is what the beta client's data says changed in build 1.60.1.70245 (since 1.60.1.70205), compared by ForeverDB. It shows the files, not how things play: the server can change numbers the client doesn't show.

The short version

133 new items are listed in the files, from Uncommon up to Epic. No items were removed.
Three abilities that had no teacher before now point to a class trainer or class quest: Frenzied Regeneration, Tame Beast and Righteous Fury.
Two armour sets, Chain of the Scarlet Crusade and Rider of the Plaguelands, now have their armour type, level, item level and quality filled in.
One item, Booty Bay Bruiser's Buckshot Booty Bay Bruiser's Buckshot, lost the Use effect its files used to list.
