Akubar the Seer
Akubar the Seer is a level 54 rare humanoid in Blasted Lands. It has 8 spawn points, and only one is up at a time. In Classic it respawns 5 to 8 hours after it dies.
Not seen in WoW Forever yet: its spawn points, timer and loot are from Classic's data (CMaNGOS), so treat them as Speculation.
