Scale Belly
Scale Belly is a level 45 rare beast in Stranglethorn Vale. It has 4 spawn points, and only one is up at a time. In Classic it respawns 5 to 8 hours after it dies.
Not seen in WoW Forever yet: its spawn points, timer and loot are from Classic's data (CMaNGOS), so treat them as Speculation.
