Creepthess is a level 24 rare beast in Hillsbrad Foothills. It has one spawn point. In Classic it respawns 8.5 to 12.5 hours after it dies. Hunters can tame it (a Spider).

Not seen in WoW Forever yet: its spawn points, timer and loot are from Classic's data (CMaNGOS), so treat them as Speculation.
