Meshlok the Harvester

Meshlok the Harvester is a level 48 rare elite elemental in Maraudon. In Classic it respawns 12 to 24 hours after it dies.

Not seen in WoW Forever yet: its spawn points, timer and loot are from Classic's data (CMaNGOS), so treat them as Speculation.
