Poll: where should you be able to queue for battlegrounds?

A request that took off on r/wowforever: let us queue for battlegrounds from anywhere in the world, while questing or farming. You're teleported in anyway, so the idea is that queues get shorter and low-level battlegrounds stay alive.

The thread came up with middle grounds too: enlistment posters or a recruitment board in every inn, battlemasters in more towns, queueing from a camp's Faction Banner (Tailoring), or recruiters only on battleground weekends. Others want it kept to the battlemasters, so fewer people take a queue they then decline.

Which would you pick? Vote below and say why in the comments.
