Wowhead reports, and Tradera's own campaign page confirms, that from 8 to 21 October 2026 people in Sweden and Denmark can get a free WoW: Forever beta code by listing an item on Tradera with the code FOREVER. It is a Tradera marketing promotion, not a change to the game.

If you are in Sweden or Denmark and want into the WoW: Forever beta, there is a free way in until 21 October. Wowhead reports that the online marketplace Tradera is giving away beta codes, and we have checked the details against Tradera's own campaign page.

This is a Tradera promotion, not a Blizzard post or a change to the game. The facts below come from Tradera's own campaign page and Wowhead's report, not from the game files or a blue post.

How to get a code

  • List an item on Tradera during the campaign, which runs from 8 to 21 October 2026, using the code FOREVER.
  • The beta code is sent to the email address linked to your Tradera account within 72 hours of the listing going live.
  • You need to accept marketing emails from Tradera to receive it.
  • One code per person, no matter how many listings you post.
  • Fake listings, banned items or listings that break Tradera's rules will not get a code.

Tradera is a second-hand marketplace in Sweden, similar to eBay. The offer is open to users in Sweden and Denmark.

Using the code

You need a Battle.net account to redeem the code. According to Tradera, you do not need an active World of Warcraft subscription or game time to log in and play the beta client. The code is personal, works once per Battle.net account, and cannot be transferred, resold or exchanged.

As on the rest of the beta, the level cap is 30, and Tradera's page repeats Blizzard's standing warning: all characters, levels and progress will be wiped before the official launch. So anything you do with a free code is for testing and fun, not a head start.

Part of a wider marketing push

This follows a McDonald's beta-code promotion in Australia, as Wowhead notes, and comes with the beta's close drawing near and launch approaching. Blizzard's own posts give the launch as 4 November 2026 at 3:00 p.m. PST, which is already 5 November in most of Europe, Sweden included, and in Asia and Oceania. Tradera's page lists 7 November for Sweden; where the two differ, trust Blizzard's date and treat the Tradera figure as a local note that may be wrong.

Speculation. Wowhead suggests more Forever promotions are likely as launch nears. That is a reasonable guess, not something Blizzard or Tradera has announced.
