The Reak
The Reak is a level 49 rare not specified in The Hinterlands. It has one spawn point. In Classic it respawns 32 to 48 hours after it dies.
Not seen in WoW Forever yet: its spawn points, timer and loot are from Classic's data (CMaNGOS), so treat them as Speculation.
