Kaivax replied in a forum thread about Realm is full. This is one reply, not Blizzard's announcement. Our write-up: Beta weekend: login queues fixed, a higher population cap, and group-wide skinning (now reverted).

We looked into this, and found an issue that was causing the queue to fill, and we just fixed the issue.
