How to earn reputation

The client doesn't say how you earn it: kills, quests and hand-ins are on Blizzard's servers.

What Blizzard says

• "The Titan Relic item from the quest “Elder Knowledge” or “Lost Relic Carry” is given back to players for the follow-ups “Earthen Echo” or “Prehistoric Prism”, so that you do not need to get another relic." (WoW Forever Beta Development Notes – Updated October 8, 2026-10-08)
